crypto, clef: fix various spelling errors

This change fixes three specific typos:
- crypto: fix 'occurences' in wycheproof JSON vectors
- crypto: rename 'test_intialized_inf' to 'test_initialized_inf' in tests.c
- clef: fix 'writeable' to 'writable' in rules.md
