build: windows installer fixups

- make whitespace in build/*.{nsi,nsh} consistenly two spaces
- remove bootnode, disasm from alltools archives
- use whole-installer lzma compression
- add git commit to the displayed version string
- place installer .exe in the repository root
- never delete the -workdir
