eth: replace topN helper with stdlib slices.SortedFunc + DeleteFunc
Remove the custom topN generic function. Use slices.SortedFunc (creates a sorted copy from an iterator) + slices.DeleteFunc (filters score <= 0) from the standard library. No custom generics needed.
