- consistent renaming

- NewReactorEngine -> New
- async ReactorEngine main loop with select on main eventChannel and quit channel
- ReactorEngine main loop control with Start() Stop() Flush()

- use sync.RWMutex
- delete eventHandler if subscribed channels go to 0
