- keypair, keyring:
-- consistent naming of methods
-- error propagation
-- no panic
- keyManager: persist, import, export, initialize and (re)set keyring
- no global public "singleton" keyring, instead interface via keyManager
- keys test
- KeyStore interface, DB and File store implementations
