ebf3cf8f7d logger/glog: fix go vet issues 
logging.printf triggered a format string warning. Silence it
by renaming the function.

a15b02320e logger/glog: add directory context to output and vmodule matching 
This change allows setting the verbosity for directory prefixes
using the syntax:

    --vmodule=eth/=6
