2be3c4b0e3 internal/jsre: fix built-in inspect function 
inspect was broken by ffaf58f0a9 (May 2016!).
Looks like nobody uses this function.

91b7690428 rpc: add new client, use it everywhere 
The new client implementation supports concurrent requests,
subscriptions and replaces the various ad hoc RPC clients
throughout go-ethereum.
