* refactor: abstract `testonly` package
* test: `StateAccount.Extra` via `trie.StateTrie.{Update,Get}Account()`
* chore: `types.TestOnlyClearRegisteredExtras()` at beginning of tests
This is a purely defensive approach in case future tests forget to clean up.
