Ceyhun Onur 505c2fbe72 Fetch and Run Execution Spec Tests (#252) ... ## Why this should be merged Execution spec tests (https://github.com/ethereum/execution-spec-tests) and legacy tests https://github.com/ethereum/tests) were not running on the CI. This PR fetches required repositories/releases and enables them on github CI. ## How this works It fetches the https://github.com/ethereum/tests submodule and also the release for https://github.com/ethereum/execution-spec-tests to run them. ## How this was tested UT		2026-01-02 15:16:03 +03:00
