Daniel Liu b0937bc62f eth/tracers: fix the issue of panic in prestate with diffmode #25957 (#1302) ... In some cases, inner contract creation may not be successful, and an inner contract was not created. This PR fixes a crash that could occur when doing tracing in such situations.
